THE BEST OF 2012 (Inky-Style) KICK-OFF + Giveaway!!!!!

WELCOME TO THE KICK-OFF of my monthlong event!! I'm so excited for this feature here on Book Haven full of Author and Book love from myself and other bloggers! I hope this will be totally fun sharing some of my favorites and learning what YOU ALL enjoyed this year! I totally want comments from you guys with some of your favorites! Of course to help with that I have one ROCKING giveaway. :D but more on that in a minute. First let me give you a little sneak peek at some of the author goodies you'll be getting this month.......

I know you are TOTALLY psyched now right?! WOOT! the first interview and I won't tell you who it is, will be up later today! So look for that and for interviews every couple days for the rest of the month! Well there will be one winner (as of now, I might spring a special second winner on you at the end) that will have their pick of ONE of the books from the following list......BUT before we get to that list, let's clarify something. This list will KEEP growing. And growing. These are favorites from this year who's lovely authors will not be stopping by, but that I LOVED so much I just had to offer them as a choice this year. As I introduce more books and authors and BLOGGERS favorites THOSE books will be added to the list! Including some of the 2013 releases we are looking forward too! It is seriously going to be EPIC.     A book that I loved and still love in 2012 is The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. And I'm looking forward to reading Michael Grant's book Light in 2013.

    I loved, loved The Fault In Our Stars by John Green! I cried and that doesn`t happen often :)

    I adored many books, but my favorite was GRAVE MERCY by Robin LaFevers. So, of course, I'm looking forward to its sequel, DARK TRIUMPH!

    There were a lot of great books this year, but if I had to mention just one, it would probably be Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. Really, really loved that one! In 2013. I'm looking forward to Boundless by Cynthia Hand, Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi, Dualed by Elsie Chapman, Just One day by Gayle Forman and many, many more.

    There were so many books that I loved this year. I loved the Covenant and Lux series by JLA, Slammed & Point of Retreat by Colleen Hoover, The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay, Avoiding Commitment & Avoiding Responsibility by K.A. Linde, and The Edge of Never by J.A. Redmerski.

    I read a lot of good books this year but I'd have to say my favorite books this year would be The Immortal Rules, Bitterblue, Insurgent, and and and and Oh gosh I can't remember them all! I'm looking forward to Poison, Splintered, Reaper, School Spirits, and anything by Julie Kagawa (I know that's a lot but it's just the tip of the ice berg). This giveaway is awesome!

    I just started getting back into reading last month and had only read a few books. The best I've read was Renegade. I'm hoping to read more books which are the first in the series next year. It doesn't have to be new releases, though Taken sound like a good bok to look out for in 2013.

    I am looking forward to about 200 books or so in 2013, and I have read a freaking ton of absolutely amazing books in 2012. It was an awesome year for books, and I added a lot to the faves. One was Silence by Michelle Sagara!

    I can't even begin to list all the books that I've loved this year! But, at the top of my head is the Mara Dyer series, City of Lost Souls, Insurgent, Venom, Defiance, and so much more.

    My favorites of 2012 are Slammed, The Scorpio Races, Easy, The Secret of Ella and Micha, Shatter Me, Flat-Out Love, Bane (Vampire Apocalypse), Taking on the Dead, I could go on and on. I'm most looking forward to Unravel Me and Clockwork Princess in 2013.

    What I loved most is a tough question because I loved many- Across the Universe, Cinder, Obsidian, Grave Mercy and others.

    I wasn't able to read much this year due to my college scheduled :( but there are lots of great books coming out in 2013! Some of the books I'm dying to read are "The Program" by Suzanne Young, "Splintered" by A.G. Howard, & "MILA 2.0" by Debra Driza. :)

    Loved, loved, loved On the Island by Tracey Garvis-Graves. The Hunger Games trilogy was also fantastic. For 2013 I'm anxiously awaiting Taken, which I see is on the list of books. :)

    There were so many I loved this year! CINDER was a particular favorite, as was BORN WICKED and THIS IS NOT A TEST (oh, that one, that one!!). For 2013 I can't wait for SPLINTERED, THE ARCHIVED, DUALED, ...oh so many to look forward to!
