Welcome to Feature & Follow! This meme is hosted by Parajunkee & Allison Can Read. The purpose is to meet and follow new bloggers and get your own new followers! It's a total win-win!
This Week's Question:
Jumping Genres: Ever pick up a book from a genre you usually
don’t like and LOVE it? Tell us about it and why you picked it up in the
first place
Inky's Answer
I'm gonna have to go with Across the Universe by Beth Revis because I'm not normally into Sci-Fi books. The only reason I picked up this book was because there was a ton of good blurb about this book. Turns out I had a blast reading it and can't wait to get to the second book. (which I actually have from the library!)
What genre did you jump? Link me up!
I'd love to hear, and give you a follow!

I've actually yet to read this book. I've heard some mixed reviews about this novel, and am kind of reluctant. But who knows? Maybe one day I'll pick it up.

I actually pre-ordered this book but never got around to reading it this year and have to say I really enjoyed it, can't believe I waited so long to read it.

My FF
Agreed. I mean, I didn't love it, but it did make me wonder if other Sci Fi titles wouldn't be better than I assumed they were. *g*
